2. Buying our books

Our books are printed, sold and delivered by Amazon. Your purchase is a contract with Amazon and is covered by Amazon's conditions of use and returns policy, not by these terms. Prices and availability are set on Amazon. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Free printable pages

• We give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and color our free pages for your own personal use, and for use with your own class, family, club or care home group.
• You can share photos of your colored pages, for example on social media. We'd love it if you tagged or mentioned Plooka.
• You may not sell, re-publish, upload or share the files themselves (or edited versions of them), use them in products for sale, or use them to train AI models. Please share a link to plookapress.com/freepages instead.
• Download links are personal and expire after 7 days.

4. Our content

All books, illustrations, puzzles, text, the Plooka name, wordmark and characters on this site are owned by or licensed to Plooka Press and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except as allowed above or by law, please don't copy them.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, scraping, attempts to break our security or to get around the spam check, and no signing up other people without their permission.

6. Our responsibility to you

We provide the site and free pages "as is" and do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the free pages is limited to GBP 50.

We link to Amazon and other sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims there.
